As I was cleaning out & packing up our rental tonight, I stumbled upon this checklist. There were lots of “To Do” items we accomplished before we put our house on the market back in September. Whew! That was A LOT OF WORK, but it paid off! Who knew we would close on our dream property just 5 months later? What a year to remember, that we’ll likely forget! HA! It has been a whirlwind to say the least. Some free, good advice… If there’s a little itch, a teensy inkling or a whispering voice in your head, always listen. Your intincts matter. Your heart is telling you where you need to be, what you need to do to & encouraging you to let your soul sing.
